Do Shopping in Aguas Calientes

Peru is the ideal destination to locate exquisite handicrafts, with so many amazing items to buy. Many individuals there earn a living by making and selling these crafts.

The lovely wool clothing and the vibrant materials have unique designs. It's hard not to fall in love with them. When you visit here, you'll want to take a bit of Peru home with you.

There are several little shops in this small town. The Machu Picchu Pueblo Handicraft Market is the largest place to buy handicrafts. This is an open-air market in the village's center.

You can't miss the open-air Machu Picchu market. You must walk directly to it when you exit the train station. This will be right after you arrive in Machu Picchu town, also known as Aguas Calientes. Vendors pack this little market, offering every souvenir and item linked to Peru and Machu Picchu.

You’ll see that many things these vendors offer are like those at other markets. This includes the San Pedro market in Cusco or others in the Sacred Valley. However, prices here are slightly higher because the products are delivered here by train.

This may be your last visit before leaving Peru. This market is a good option because they offer vicuna or alpaca items, Andean instruments, jewelry, woven bags, and souvenirs for friends and family.

Machu Picchu Pueblo is small. Buying in Cusco, a larger city with more options, may be appealing. The market of San Pedro mentioned earlier is situated in the Cusco Historical Center.

This traditional market offers food and handicrafts at reasonable costs. We also propose "El Centro Artesanal.", one of Cusco's largest stores. It offers much larger items than Machupicchu.

At Viagens Machu Picchu, we are ready to help you pick a holiday itinerary that best meets your needs. So, you can make the most of your visit. Don't put it off anymore! Contact us today to begin preparing your long-awaited trip to the Peruvian highlands.
