You authorize the use of your image and voice by the Plataform, on a universal basis and for an indefinite period, from the moment of acceptance, including for commercial purposes, related to photos, videos, and recordings made of you by the company, its employees, collaborators, and representatives, during the contracted tours. This includes dissemination on the internet, on the company's own or third-party websites, social networks, physical and virtual platforms, advertising materials, newspapers, magazines, posters, flyers, billboards, banners, podcasts, videocasts, webcasts, inserts, videograms, audiovisual works, or any other type of vehicle, format, or media, broadcast in Brazil or abroad, without any limitation on the number of insertions and reproductions of the materials referred to here and captured, as long as such use does not harm your name and reputation in any way.

You also authorize the photos and videos captured by the Plataform, its employees, collaborators, and representatives during the contracted tours to be included in image banks so that they can be used by other companies for a fee or free of charge.
