In the morning, we will start our tour towards the northeast of the city of Cusco. During our trip, we will observe impressive landscapes such as the mountains, the snow, and the plains of Maras, from where much of the food that supplies the City comes.
The first archaeological site to visit is Moray, which is an important Inca center for agricultural experimentation. They are circular terraces that can measure 150 meters deep.
Then we will continue visiting the village of Maras, where you can enjoy the magnificent colonial architecture in the local buildings. We will finish our tour with a visit to the Salineiras, from where the local culture continues extracting the same salt that the Incas extract. The place has become a tourist attraction, with approximately 3000 puddles of salt.

We will finish our tour by returning to Cusco City.

3. Where can I leave my larger luggage during the trip to Machu Picchu?
   - It is recommended to bring only a small backpack to Machu Picchu, as the train operator limits baggage to 5 kg per person. Larger luggage can be safely stored in your hotel’s storage in Cusco.
